dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk
Medan Witel West Sumatra. The decline in the image of PT.Telkomunikasi
Indonesia, Tbk Medan related community service performed unsatisfactory. The
decline is in contrast to the awards received by PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia,
Tbk Medan is Indonesia CSR Award 2008. As a company strategy to create a
program that aims to empower people through SMEs and commonly referred to
INDIPreneur (Indonesia Digital Entrepreneur).
Based on the above, the authors are interested in conducting research on
the influence of CSR programs to company image. The purpose of this research is
to find out how the implementation of CSR and INDIPreneur program does affect
the image of the company or not, to know the perspective of the public, the
researchers gave questionnaires to 60 allegations of any form of SMEs who take
the program INDIPreneur. To determine the positive and significant effect, the
method used by the author is associative with quantitative approach.
Based on research by the author, it can be proven that the Corporate
Social Responsibility (variable X) has the effect of 31.3% of the Company Image
(variable Y). While 68.7% is influenced by other variables not examined by the
author. The results showed that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a
significant positive effect on the image of the company, which means that the CSR
activities undertaken by PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk has an important role
in enhancing the image of the company. | en_US |
