dc.description.abstract | The objective of the research was to discover the influence of training emotional intelligence, and organizational culture on employee performance simultaneously ada partially; and to obtain the formulation of an efective policy for employee revision/improvement. All government employees i.e. 46 people were taken as the research respondents. This is a descriptive quantitative research. The data were collected through questionnnaires which were directly distributed to the employees and they were secondary data. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression model. The results of the research demonstrated that training, emotional intelligence, and organizational culture significantly influenced the employee performance either simultaneously or partially. The variable of emotional intelligence was the variable which mostly influenced the employve performance, followed by the other variables i.e. training and organizational culture. | en_US |
