dc.description.abstract | Linear equation system is a set of Linear equations consisting of coefficients and
variables. There are coefficients in the system of linear equations in the form of real
numbers and some in the form of complex numbers. Linear equation systems have
several forms of solutions or solutions, namely single solutions, multiple solutions
and no solutions. One of the problems often faced in systems of linear equations
is the problem of finding the solution of a linear equation. By using modern mathematical
methods, often a complex problem can be reduced to a system of linear
equations. Basically there are two groups of methods that can be used to solve a
linear equation. The first method is known as the direct method, which is a method
that seeks to resolve a linear equation in finite steps. This method is guaranteed
to work and is recommended for general use. The second group is known as the
indirect method or the iteration method, which starts with an initial settlement approach,
then attempts to improve in an infinite, but convergent step. The iteration
method is used to solve systems of large linear equations with large proportions of
zero, such as systems that are often found in systems of linear equations. Therefore,
an alternative algorithm is needed in the iteration method. | en_US |
