Issues concerning human resources at the present time is still the center of
attention and the main basis for companies wherever located, one of which is BNI
Branch Padangsidimpuan engaged in banking. In order to achieve the goal of the
company, BNI seeks to improve the training and discipline of employees working
in order to achieve maximum performance.
This study aims to determine: 1. To know the training at BNI Branch
Padangsidimpuan. 2. To determine the discipline of work at BNI Branch
Padangsidimpuan. 3. To determine the effect of training and discipline of work on
employee performance BNI Branch Padangsidimpuan.
Forms of research used in this research is a form of associative research
with a quantitative approach. Large sample obtained 60 respondents. This study
uses multiple regression analysis, the classical assumption test and test
hypotheses in the form of the t test, F test, and test the coefficient of
determination. With the aid of a computerized system (Computer program SPSS
version 21).
Results of hypothesis testing has proven there is influence between
training and work discipline with employee performance. Tests prove that the
training and discipline of work has a positive influence on employee performance
with significance probability figure for 0000. Because the probability of
significance is much smaller than 0.05 so H3 H0 accepted and rejected.
