    Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu Graha Helvetia Medan

    Abstract
    Leadership is one of the factors in improving employee performance as a leader can motivate a person to act and behave that can control and maintain activities and establishes the general direction to be taken. When leaders give the right direction to both the employees and it will lead to high morale. Taking into account the above factors to the improved performance, the base of a leader has to give instructions to his subordinates in matters relating to the company for the betterment of the company. The attitude of the leader towards the employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Graha Helvetia Medan pointed out as one of the influential factors to motivate and drive the performance of employees. It is expected that with the attitude of the leader who is responsible for the employee, will be able to raise the spirits and morale of employees. This study aims to determine how and how much influence the leadership at Bank Syariah Mandiri Graha Helvetia Branch Office in Medan. The population of this study were all employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Graha Helvetia Branch Office in Medan, a total of 35 respondents. Statistical analysis of the data using a simple linear regression with SPSS 18.0. The results of the analysis stated that the leadership has a positive relationship with the performance, so if the increased leadership role or 100% of the time it will be followed miningkatnya performance of 0.12 (12%) and 88% longer influenced by factors or other variables not examined in the study this. We recommend that the management of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Graha Helvetia Medan pay more attention to the behavior of its employees so that each employee has a sense of passion in working to achieve maximum productivity of the company.
