    Abstract
    University of North Sumatera as one institution that creates utative Human Resource and effectively, needed on climate organization and leadership model, which is satisfaction include peasant Base to phenomena such as the existence of a part of official working un discipline, arrival working lately, departing earlier, working was delayed on the implementation, less responsible, Tas the existence of indication on un-satisfy term. That un-satisfy term caused by various factors. one of them is organization climate and leadership model. By formulating the problem how the influence on organization climate and leadership model on satisfaction working to Bureau Administration Center of North Sumatera University Official This research purpose is willing to know on influence at climate organization that could be seen from: Psychological, structure social and bureaucrat, included the influence on leadership model that could be seen on that leadership orientation on assign an leadership orientation on employee to achieve on satisfaction working official, this research management theory resources of human relation with the climate organization, leadership model and satisfaction working The method applied in this research is descriptive quantitative approach with case study that supported by survey method, and descriptive explanatory characteristic. Data collecting primer technique and questionnaire supported on interview and observation on field. Sampling on this research as amount of 58 persons of responder where independent variable that researched by scale rating independent variable measured by Likert scale Hypothesis testing by using double linear analysis helped by test equipment SPSS version 10.0 F test and t test meant to know the influence on independent variable, such as simultaneous test, or such as partial test on trust level 95%α = 0.05. Result of simultaneous test research existed the influence, which is significantly on the working satisfaction as amount of 79.6% instead such as partial climate organization variable (X1) most dominant, namely as amount of 30.9% that influence on working satisfaction and leadership model variable influence significantly as amount of 10,3% means from organization climate, analysis and leadership model on Bureau Administration Center of North Sumatra University has been well in accordance to be expected. Base to result research to suggest above that the chief on Bureau Administration Center of North Sumatra University constant to keep on organization climate and leadership model that has to motivate himself to be more addictive as possible
