    Analisa Hasil Ekstraksi Mesokarp Kering Buah Kelapa Sawit dengan Metode Sokhletasi

    Abstract
    Analysis resulting from the extraction of palm mesocarp with sokhletasi method includes the analysis of the determination of fi'ee fatty acids, water content determination, detennination of impurities, determination of saponification, and the fatty acid composition analysis using a gas chromatography instrurnent. In experiments using several solvents such as n-hexane, dimethyl carbonate (DMC), Ethanol. The results of the analysis of the extraction of dried palm mesocarp of the solvent n-hexane in the analysis can be free fatty acids (ALB) amounted to 4.8256%, 0.1912% moishre content, impurity content 0.38945%, content of saponiflcation 218.853, and acid composition fat. of the solvent dimethyl carbonate (DMC) in the can as fatty acid analysis (ALB) arioturted to 4.5484%, the water content of 0.30145%, 0.3934% Kadar dirt, saponification levels of 89.6204%. of ethanol in the analysis can be free fatry acids (ALB) 230795 water content of 0.4043%, 0.4323% Kadar dirt, Kadar saponifi cati on 103.0987%.
     
    Analisa yang dihasilkan dari hasil ekstraksi mesokarp buah sawit dengan metode sokhletasi meliputi analisa dari penentuan asam lemak bebas, Penentuan kadar air, Penentuan kadar kotoran, Penentuan bilangan penyabunan, Dan analisa komposisi asam lemak menggunakan alat instmment gas chromatography. Dalam percobaan menggunakan beberapa pelarut seperti n-heksan, Dimetil karbonat (DMC), Etanol. Hasil dari analisa ekstraksi mesokarp buah sawit kering dari pelarut n-heksan di dapat analisa asam lemak bebas (ALB) sebesar 4,8256%, kadar atr 0,1912%. kadar kotoran 0,38945%; Kadar bilangan penyabunan 218,853, Dan komposisi asam lemak. Dari pelarut dimetil karbonat (DMC) di dapat analisa asam lemak (ALB) sebesar 4,5484%, Kadar air 0,30145%, Kadar kotoran 0,3934%, Kadar bilangan penyabunan 89,6204%. Dari pelarut etanol di dapat analisa asam lemak bebas (ALB) 2,70785 kadar ak 0,4043% Kadar kotoran 0,4323%, Kadar bilangan penyabunan 103,0997%.
