    Abstract
    The title of the study is "Effect of top management support, organizational size, organizational culture, organizational commitment, organizational structure and maturity of an organization's accounting information system performance by user’s satisfaction as proxy in PT CIMB NIAGA Tbk. Wilayah Medan Sumatera Utara The data used in this study is to use primary data and secondary data. The study sample of 55 accounting employees. Method of data analysis is descriptive quantitative using multiple correlation. The results of top management support, organizational size, organizational culture, organizational commitment, organizational structure and maturity of an organization to measure the performance of accounting information systems PT CIMB NIAGA Tbk. Wilayah Medan Sumatera Utara
