    Optimasi Segmen Garis Terdegradasi Hasil Deteksi Tepi Menggunakan Algoritma ANT Colony Optimization

    Abstract
    Deteksi tepi merupakan operasi penting dalam analisis citra digital dan mencakup satu set metode matematis untuk mengidentifikasi titik diskontinuitas. Pada deteksi tepi dilakukan proses untuk menentukan lokasi titik-titik yang merupakan tepi obyek. Tujuan dari deteksi tepi adalah untuk mendeteksi garis tepi yang membatasi dua wilayah citra, obyek dan latar belakangnya, juga untuk menemukan perubahan intensitas yang berbeda dalam sebuah bidang citra dan meningkatkan penampakan garis batas suatu daerah atau obyek di dalam citra serta untuk mencirikan batas obyek. Teknik deteksi tepi pada citra dilakukan untuk memperbaiki serta meningkatkan kualitas segmen garis hasil deteksi tepi yang masih kurang memuaskan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan deteksi tepi citra dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan praprosesing citra dengan metode filter untuk mereduksi noise dengan algoritma Geometric Mean Filter serta penambahan kekontrasan citra dengan metode Histogram Equalization. Citra hasil praprosesing tersebut dilakukan deteksi tepi menggunakan operator Kompas, hasil deteksi tepi selanjutnya dilakukan deteksi garis dan lingkar dengan algoritma Hough. Selanjutnya hasil deteksi garis dan lingkar disempurnakan dengan deteksi tepi menggunakan algoritma Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). Hasil penelitian algoritma ACO dapat melakukan optimasi garis yang terdegradasi menjadi garis yang lebih jelas.
     
    Edge detection is essential operations in digital image analysis and includes a set of mathematical methods to identify the point of discontinuity. Edge detection is performed on the process to determine the location of the points which is the edges of objects. The purpose of the edge detection is to detect the line edge which limits the two areas of the image, the object and background, as well as to find a different intensity changes in an image field and enhance the appearance of the boundary lines of a region or the object in the image as well as to define the boundaries of an object. The edge detection technique in the image is done to improve and improve the quality of line segment of edge detection result which is still less satisfactory. On the research of image edge detection is done by first doing a praprosesing image with the filter method for the reduction of noise with Geometric Mean Filter algorithm as well as the addition of the image contrasts with the method of Histogram Equalization. The image of the praprosesing results is done using edge detection operator compass, the results of the next edge detection is done with the loop line and detection algorithm of Hough. Further results of the detection line and loop edge detection using enhanced algorithms Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). The ACO algorithm research results can perform optimization of the lines that degraded into a clearer line.
