Pengaruh Kemampuan Pegawai, dan Kepuasan Masyarakat terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Puskesmas Pasar Gambir Tebing Tinggi Kota
Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect on the
ability of employees , and people's satisfaction with the quality of health care and
to know how much influence these partially or simultaneously . The research was
conducted in Puskesmas Pasar Gambir High Cliff State .
The method used in this research is descriptive method using survey.
The collection of data and information held by the field study through
questionnaires as research tools were distributed to patients who had treatment at
Puskesmas Pasar Gambir High Cliff State and literature study. The object of this
study is the ability of an employee and community satisfaction. The data used in
this study is qualitative data were quantified by using a Likert scale, which is
converted into data intervals and analyzed using multiple regression analysis
Based on the partial results of the analysis can be concluded that there is
significant influence between the variables kemapuan employees ( X1 ) on the
quality of health care ( Y ) indicated by the significant value of 0.002 t < 0.05, and
a significant difference between public satisfaction ( X2 ) on the quality health
care ( Y ) indicated by the significant value of 0.004 t < 0.05. Based on the results
of simultaneous analysis can be concluded that there is significant influence
between the variables of the ability of employees ( X¬1 ), and satisfaction of the
people ( X2 ) on the quality of health care ( Y ) of 51.4 %, while the influence of
other variables that are not observed are of 48.6 % .
