Peranan Laporan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kinerja Instansi Pada Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pemerintah Propinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Existence of good governance practices; a set of law has been, also the government and all of nation element have taken many wisdom and activity that interlocked with demand to support that good governance systematize and continued. That developing effort are suitable with their legality based on TAP MPR NO XI/MPR/1998 about the state of organizer who clean and free from any corruption, collusion, and nepotism. Work Accountability Report of Government Authority is aimed to improve the government performance which more useful, more success, cleaner, and more responsible, and explaining the work accountability performance of government authority as a responsibility existence in reaching mission and aim of government authority. Education and Training Organization of North Sumatra Province is a government organization who has a clearly vision and mission. Accountability report will help that authority to improve their performance to be better. Unrealized a part of valuation that have been valuated in any work because there is a wisdom to efficient and retrench the honorary post and service trip by believing that is does not influence the reaching of output target. The performance of Education and Training Organization of North Sumatra Province can be said good generally. Accountability Performance Report that made by Education and Training of North Sumatra Province can help and used in effort to improve the performance of that authority, because the accountability performance report and realization that had made can be a motivation that can support the improvement of the work in the future. This is proved with ISO 9001-2000 Certificate that received by Education and Training Organization of North Sumatra Province.
