Abstract

Education and training programs are very influential to improve company performance. Optimally, therefore PT. Narasindo Mitra Perdana Medan prepared to compete in the business of foreign currency (money chandger) are increasingly crowded and increasing in the city of Medan khususnya.Kinerja PT. This study aimed to determine the effect of education and training to increase employee performance at PT. Narasindo Mitra Perdana Medan. This study is associative, ie research that connects two or more variables to see the effects of these variables. The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive quantitatively using linear regression. Samples used in this study were calculated based on the 50 respondents who proportionate random sampling. The results showed that simultaneous, factors consisting of material taught, methods used, Facilities / support facilities, instructor ability, ability participants, positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT.
