dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research was to identify and analyze the effect organizational culture and the influence of work environment to wards employee performance in PT. Bank SUMUT Cabang Medan Iskandar Muda. This research method is multiple linear regression statistical analysis and quantitative analysis. Analyzing data using statistical data processing software named SPSS 17.0 for windows. The population of this research is 48 employess in PT. Bank SUMUT Cabang Medan Iskandar Muda. The sample in this study using non probabilitity sampling which consist of 48 employess in PT. Bank SUMUT Cabang Medan Iskandar Muda. The result showed that simultaneously organizational culture and the influence of work environment has positive and significant impact towards employee performance in PT. Bank SUMUT Cabang Medan Iskandar Muda. Partial test showed that work the influence of work environment variable has positive and significant impact towards employee performance in PT. Bank SUMUT Cabang Medan Iskandar Muda.en_US
