| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information technology and digital literacy on employee performance. This research is associative. The population of this study amounted to 50 employees at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi, Sutomo Jambi Branch Office. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique where the entire population is used as a sample. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it shows that simultaneously there is a significant influence between information technology and digital literacy on employee performance at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi, Sutomo Jambi Branch Office. The results of the study partially show that each variable of information technology and digital literacy has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi, Sutomo Jambi Branch Office.
