dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence capability and working environment on the performance of the nurses at the hospital Bangkatan Binjai. This research uses descriptive quantitative research that is a form of research that aimed to describe the phenomena that occur in a company or organization. The population in this study were nurses Hospital Binjai bangkatan totaling 76 people. The sampling method using saturated sample in which all the population sampled. Primary data was collected through questionnaires and interviews, secondary data gathered from the literature. Data analysis method used is descriptive method and statistical technique of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the ability of research hypothesis and the working environment positive and significant impact on performance ,Ajust R Square of 0.922 means that 92.2% is explained by the nurses performance capabilities and environment work and the remaining 7.8% are explained by other factors not examined in this study.en_US
