Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kemampuan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt.Darmasindo Intikaret Tebing Tinggi

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to indentify and analyze the effect of work environment and ability towards employees performance at PT Darmasindo Inti Karet in Tebing Tinggi. The population of this research amounted to 185 employees. The sample of this research amounted to 126 employees of PT Darmasindo Inti Karet in Tebing Tinggi by using simple random sampling method.Analyze data method was used is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analyze. The result of this research showed that work environment and ability in a together manner had positive and significant effect towards employee performance at PT Darmasindo Inti Karet in Tebing Tinggi. The partial test showed that both the work environment and ability positive effect and significant towards employee performance at PT. Darmasindo Inti Karet Tebing Tinggi. From the result of coefficient determination was got the value R Adjusted square (R²) is 0,617 this thing means 61,7% of variable employee performance can be explained by work environment variable while the rest can be explained by another variable which is not included in this research.
