dc.description.abstract | Local Wisdom Values in the Olop-olop Bolon Folk Festival in the Malim Religious Community in Ajibata Harbor, Toba Regency: Study of Oral Traditions". This study aims to describe the stages of function and function, in olop-olop bolon, and to describe the value of local wisdom in olop-olop bolon. The theory used in this research is the function theory of oral tradition and local wisdom. The research method used is a qualitative method with field research. The results showed that the stages of olop olop bolon consisted of two major stages, namely the preparatory stage which consisted of matumona, maniti ari, mangalap borotan and the implementation stage which consisted of manghobasi ulihan, pasahat ulihan, manganese, margondang, manantihon Angka na torop. The olop-olop bolon has four functions, namely the aesthetic function, the pragmatic function, the ethical function and the historical function. and local wisdom values consist of twelve values, namely mutual cooperation, hard work, caring for the environment, gender management, discipline, politeness, gratitude, positive thinking, commitment, values of harmony and conflict resolution, hope and religion. In conclusion, the functions and local wisdom in the olop-olop bolon people's party are found at every stage of the event | en_US |
