The research of “Diversity Of Epibentic On Coral Reef Waters Of The Island Ungge Central Tapanuli Regency” had been done in February 2015.The objectives of this research were to know the diversity of epibentic and the correlation between physical-chemical factors and the diversity of epibentic. Determining station use “ reef check benthos” methode at three locations according activity and island located. The result of present study recognized 2 phyla, 5 classes, 7 ordos and 7 families. The amound of the highest density 0,115 ind/m2 was found on the station 1 and the lowest 0,083 ind/m2 was found on the station 2. The highest diversity index (H’) was shown by second station 1,46 and the lowest was shown by third station 1,08. The highest uniformity index (E) was shown by second station 0,91 and the lowest was shown by third station 0,60. The highest of similaritas index (IS) station 1 and station 2 have same characteristic, aboth station 1 and station 3. Station 2 and station 3 very have same characteristic. Temperature, salinity and disolved oxygen, total suspended solid, and chemical oxygen demand is evidently correlated with the epibentic diversity.en_US
