dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of
ability , discipline , and giving incentives to employees performance at PT . Fastrata
Buana ( Ship Fire Group) field . This research is a type of associative research is
research that asks correlation relationship between two or more variables .
The study population numbered 52 employees/sales PT. Fastrata Buana
(Kapal Api Group) Medan. The sample in this study using nonprobability sampling
comprising 52 employees/sales PT. Fastrata Buana (Kapal Api Group) field. Primary
data collection using questionnaires or a list of questions and documentation,
secondary data using literature study. The analytical method used is multiple linear
regression analysis .
Based on the research result , the obtained results that the ability, discipline,
and the provision of incentives and significant positive effect on the performance of
employees at PT . Fastrata Buana ( Kapal Api Group) Medan. Partially it can be seen
that the incentives are the most dominant variable affecting the performance of
employees at PT . Fastrata Buana (Kapal Api Group) Medan. Based on the test results
determinant coefficient ( R2
), that variable ability, disciplin, and incentives have a
positive contribution amounting to 0,319 or 31,9% against performance at PT.
Fastrata Buana (Kapal Api Group) Medan. While the remaining 68,1 % is influenced
by other factors that are not included in this study such as motivation, organizational
relationships , and job stress . | en_US |
