Penetapan Kadar Zat Aktif Parasetamol dalam Obat Sediaan Oral dengan Metode Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT)

Abstract

Determination of active matter acetaminophen in oral solution using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method by using detector UV-Vis with wave lenght 243 nm was done. From data was obtained the content of active matter acetaminophen that was 97,73%, it means that active matter acetaminophen in oral solution to comply requirement according to Farmakope Indonesia Edition IV 1995 that was not less than 90,0% and not more than 110,0%.
