dc.description.abstractThe palm kernel oils comes from the nut inside the fruit of the palm oil. Palm Kernel Oil (PKO) which have tidy in the bootle of sample, can be analyzed by moisture and free fatty acid from the palm kernel oil. More high the moisture value from the palm kernel oil, it free fatty acid value will be higher too, and will be caused the palm kernel oil’s quality is low. From the result of analyzed to the palm kernel oil, we get the moisture is 0,30 % and free fatty acid value is 2,55 %. So can conclude, more high the moisture value, the free fatty acid value will be higher too.en_US
