Struktur Komunitas Amfibi di Kawasan Ekowisata Lau Bertu Desa Rumah Galuh Kecamatan Sei Bingei Kabupaten Langkat Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Community structure of amphibians at Lau Bertu Ecotourism area of Rumah Galuh Village, Sei Bingei District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatera have been done in January-February 2015. Were using purposive random sampling method and sampling with visual encounter survey night-stream (VES-NS). Two locations has been choosed, location 1 is in the forest communities river and location 2 is in the plantation society. The result was found 16 species belonging to the 9 genera, 5 families and 1 order. The density of species at both locations is not many different, location 1 with a value of 28,26 ind/Ha while location 2 with a value 28,18 ind/Ha. The attendance frequency of both locations are relative similarly they are constant, accesori and accidental categories. Highest spesies composition at location 1 is Rana hosii and location 2 is Rana chalconata. The diversity index both locations was moderate that was 1≤ H’ ≥ 3. The equitability index both locations was uniformly that value approach 1. The similarity index of both locations was similarly that value 72%.
