Penentuan Kadar Asam Lemak Bebas (Alb) dari Palm Kernel Oil (PKO) pada Tangki Penimbunan di PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara

Abstract

One of parameter to determinate the quality of PKO is the concentration of FFA. To count the concentration of FFA of PKO in PT. SARANA AGRO NUSANTARA UNIT BELAWAN is done by Titrimetric Methods. The method in alkalimetri, which is use the phenolphtalein as indicator and KOH 0,1 N as a titran. The result of FFA in PKO are 2,33 % – 2,69 %. Conclution of the research that result of FFA have fulfilled the standard of PT. SAN.
