Inventarisasi Serangga pada Tanaman Teh (Cammelia Sinensis. L) di Perkebunan Teh Ptpn IV Sidamanik Kecamatan Sidamanik, Kabupaten Simalungun Sumatera Utara

Abstract

A study on a ” Insect Inventaritation Of Tea (Cammelia sinensis. L) in PTPN IV Sidamanik Simalungun Regancy, District Of Sidamanik, North Sumatera”, was conducted on Februari 2009. Sampling area was setted with Purpossive Sampling Method, Observation with Survey Method and sample were found with Hand sorting method, Kibas and Light Trap. The result of research showed that there are sixteen insect belong to 9 order and 16 families, Cantaris, Harmonia, Orseolia, Leptocorixa, Andrallus, Helopeltis, Nilaparvata, Hyposidra, Nyctemera, Aeshna, Sexava, Valanga, Cicindela, Formica, Vespula, and Hierodula. From those sixteen insect, there are 2 kinds of pest insect, they are Helopeltis and Hyposidra, six kinds of pest insect on another plants, they are Orseolia, Leptocorixa, Sexava, Valanga, Cantaris dan Nilaparvata, 2 kinds of polinator insect, they are Vespula dan Nyctemera, and six predator insect, they are Cantaris, Harmonia, Andrallus, Cicindela, Formica dan Hierodula is predator.
