Studi Morfologi dan Anatomi Beberapa Markisa Koleksi Balai Penelitian Tanaman Buah Kebun Percobaan Berastagi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The study of morphology and anatomy of four passion fruit from KPTB Berastagi Sumatera Utara collection has been conducted. The collections were purple and red passion fruit (Passiflora edulis f. edulis SIMS), yellow passion fruit (Passiflora edulis f SIMS. flavicarpa Degener), and konyal passion fruit (Passiflora lingularis). The morphological analysis showed that the purple and red passion fruit has the highest similarity 81%, followed by yellow passion fruit is 69% and konyal passion fruit 31%. Anatomical analysis showed that collections had no different.
