Pengaruh Pemberian Bakteri Asam Laktat, Bakteri Fotosintetik Anoksigenik dan Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Sawi (Brassica Chinensis L Var. Tosakan)
Abstract
Research on "The effect of lactic acid bacteria, anoksigenik photosynthetic bacteria
and bacterial phosphate solvent on the growth of mustard (Brassica chinensis L. var.
Tosakan)" has been done in the Laboratory of Microbiology, Department of Biology,
Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Laboratory of Basic Science and
Laboratory for Research and Technology Faculty of Agriculture, University of North
Sumatra from November 2009 to October 2010. This study aims to look at and know
the effect of Bacteria lactic acid bacteria, anoksigenik photosynthetic bacteria and
bacterial phosphate solvent which poured into the soil on the growth of mustard
(Brassica chinensis L). Lactic acid bacteria is Lactobacillus sp. isolated from mustard
that canker then grown on special media MRS agar. The treatments included control
(P0), Lactobacillus sp. + anoksigenik photosynthetic bacteria + bacterial phosphate
solvent (P1), Lactobacillus sp. (P2), anoksigenik photosynthetic bacteria (P3),
bacterial phosphate solvent (P4) and Agrobost (P5), then each tested on cabbage
(Brassica chinensis L). Parameters were measured slope of C/N ratio and phosphate
available in the soil, vegetative measurement of plant height, leaf length and leaf
number and plant dry weight measurements. The result is variated of each
observation. To the measurement levels of C/N ratio and phosphate are available
indicate that the treatment P3 increase the ratio of C/N ratio in the soil while the P2
and P4 helps the absorption of phosphate in the soil compared to other treatments. On
the measurement of vegetative plants, for plant heightn number of leaves, P4 gave a
great influence and for leaf length indicated by P3. On plant dry weight measurements
that give a great influence is P3.
