dc.description.abstractResearch on "The Growth Rate of Population Brachionus plicatilis with the addition of Vitamin B1 in the medium CAKAP." This study uses non-factorial RAL with 4 treatments of vitamins B1, is M0 medium (without vitamin B1) as a control, medium M1 (vitamin B1 0,3 mg / 2 l), M2 medium (vitamin B1 0,4 mg / 2 l )), and M3 medium (vitamin B1 0,5 mg / 2 l), with 6 replications and 8 times during 16 days observation. Statistical analysis showed highly significant effect of vitamin B1 on the growth rate of Brachionus plicatilis in every observations. Sum of Brachionus plicatilis population density peaked on the 8th day of observation in M2 medium at 21. 388 ind / 2 l. The addition of vitamin B1 (0,4 mg / 2 l) show the maximum results to sum population of Brachionus plicatilis. The growth rate of population Brachionus plicatilis in all treatment vitamin B1 showed the same downward trend from time to time the day of observation.en_US
