North Sumatra “ was conduted from March until October 2011 using “ Survey
Methods “. There are seven (7) genera Of Zingibraceae recorded in the study site, that
are : Amomum, Etlingera, Elettariopsis, Globba Hedychium, Horstedtia, and Zingiber,
with 14 species : Amomum lappaceum, Etlingera sp.1, Etlingera sp.2, Etlingera sp.3,
Elettariopsis sp., Globba patens, Globba paniculata, Globba marantina, Globba
pendula, Hedychium sp., Hedychium cylindricum., Horstedtia reticulate, Horstedtia
scyphifera, dan Zingiber multibracteatum. The result of phenetic analysis on
morphological variations showed that species of Zingiberaceae are divided into three
groups with similarities varies from 54-83%. The first group consist of one genus with
two spesies that are Horstedtia reticulate and Horstedtia scyphifera with similarity
varies from 78-83%, are the second group consist of three genera with seven species
that are Globba patens, Globba paniculata, Globba marantina, Globba pendula,
Hedychium sp., Hedychium cylindricum., and Zingiber multibracteatum with
similaritiy varies from 64-83 %, and the third group consist of three genera with five
species that are Amomum lappaceum, Etlingera sp.1, Etlingera sp.2, Etlingera sp.3,
and Elettariopsis sp. with similaritiy varies from 59-83 %. | en_US |
