dc.description.abstract | Vegetation Analysis Of Ground Cover Plants In The Lane Climbing Sigarang garang Of Sinabung Mountain Forest Karo Regency North Sumatera had been
studied. For this study site was settled by purposive sampling with 20 plot of 1 x 1
m size for each location. There are 58 species of ground cover plants are recorded
in the study site belonging to 35 families. From the study site the first location
(1.600-1.700 asl) was dominated by Dissochaeta sp. with important value index
18,568%, the second (1.700-1.800 asl) was dominated by Diplazium pallidum
with important value index 31,127%, the third (1.800-1.900 asl) was dominated
by Hybanthus attenuatus with important value index 43,648%, the fourth (1.900-
2.000 asl) was dominated by Asplenium pellucidum with important value index
65,278%, the fifth (2.000-2.100 asl) was dominated by Gahnia japanica with
important value index 80,219%, the sixth (2.100-2.200 asl), the seventh (2.200-
2.300 asl) and the eighth (2.300-2.400 asl) were dominated by Histiopteris incisa
with important values index 49,537%, 83,462% and 92,575%, respectively. The
highest diversity index of ground cover plants was 2,953 in the first location and
the highest equibility index of ground cover plants was 84,810% between the
seveth and the eighth loacation. | en_US |
