dc.description.abstractCarbon dioxide is a gas that is not colored and is not toxic at the concentration of the appropriate / normal. The use of carbon dioxide dissolved in the beverage to have long since made to make a drink soda water known as with carbonation. However, the benefits carbonation was not only to create a bubble or foam, and even from the nature of carbon dioxide in the dissolved beverage also functions as a resistor in the growth of microorganisms soda water beverage. Analysis carried out by microbiology method and membrane filter method of calculating cup.
