dc.description.abstractThe extraction of Palm Oil is at pressing station. In this station, we used screw press whose function is to separated oil from mesocarp. The increasing of extraction oil efficiency is really affected by the number and temperature of dilution water which is used. The using suitable of dilution water will produce the high oil thickness. From the result has been done with the variation number of dilution water which is addition on sample, it has been obtained that the amount of dilution water which suitable to the processing standard is 19%-21% and the temperature is 90oC-98oC.en_US
