Pengaruh Jumlah Pemakaian Air pada Proses Pengolahan Sludge terhadap Kadar Minyak Hilang (Losses) dan Potensi Minyak yang Dihasilkan

Abstract

In Manufacturing Palm, Crude Oil Palm (CPO) and Sludge will be obtained. Sludge will be reprocessed to pick up the oil residu inside it by using centrifuge. One of the most important factor to be attentived in this process is the using of dilution water which influence to the losses and the produced potency of oil. Undirectly, it can influence the produced quality of CPO. By analyzing to the sludge process, obtained the oil losses’s percentage is about 0.94 % and the percentage of produced oil is about 40 % by the optimal usage of water is 2 ton with 8 ton Sludge Separotor’s capacity.
