dc.description.abstractPalm factory in PKS.PT.MULTIMAS NABATI ASAHAN is the factory that manufactures fresh palm branch to be crude palm oil. The manufacture process of palm oil are begun with boiling process and purifing process is the last step of the complete process.The method that is used to decide of moisture and free fatty acid in crude palm oil are gravimetric and titration.By the analytic we have moisture at 0.17% and free fatty acid at 4.34%. By the methods of analytic we find that the higher concentration of moisture is the higher free fatty acid we have.and that the smaller concentration of moisture is the smaller free fatty acid we have.en_US
