In the effluent treatment, there are some quality parameter that used. The quality parameter of effluent water can devided into three, organic parameter, physic characteristic and specific contaminate. Organic parameter is measure of substance in effluent. This parameter consist of total organic carbon (TOC), chemical oxygen demand (COD), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), oil and fat (O&G), and total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH).
