Abstract
In course of making of sulphate pulp, treatment of ripening is matter very require to
attention before passing incoming phase. Quality of Pulp yielded at ripening process
influenced by cooker dilution content or referred as White Liquor ( WL). Parameter
which analysis in white liquor is Total Active Alkali ( TAA) and Sulfidity ( S). Total
Goals of Active Alkali the wanted is 99 - 105 gpl, while goals for % Sulfidity is 23 -
25%. Where if Total Active Alkali and % Sulfidity in ever greater white liquor or
smaller hence quality of pulp obtained will progressively go down.
