    Abstract
    Determination concentration optimum of alum done by using water sample from intake. Into water sample added by aluminium sulphate solution with varying concentration, then stirred with agitator found on equipments of Jar Test with speed of rotation equal to 140 rpm during 5 minute then the speed reduced 30 rpm during 10 minute then agitator was discontinued. In which the flock will precipitate after water let during 20 minute. Then turbidity and pH measured by using turbidimeter and comparator pH.
