Observational studies have been done a long time accumulation of CPO for the quality of palm oil in palm oil mill estates of PTPN IV Kebun Pabatu. Observations were made directly in the laboratory to analyze samples of crude palm oil (CPO) in the storage tank, and take some quality parameters as objects for analysis of free fatty acid content, water content, and degree of soil. FFA levels were measured by using acidbase titration method, whereas the water content and degree of soil is determined by gravimetric method. Analysis results obtained for the highest FFA content of 3.44% (on day-6), while on day-1 of 2.27%. For the highest water content of 0.16% (on day- 6), whereas on day-1 of 0.08%. And for the degree of soil high of 0.019% (at day-6), whereas on day-1 of 0.011%. This is due decrease some factor affecting quality of fruit quality oil is processed, mixing system daily products, and temperature off less guarded storage tank. Universitasen_US
