Laboratorium analysis has been done about oil percentage in empty bunch. Analysed of sample was taked, after stripping process. Which oil percentage had been determined soxletasi process by using n-hexsan solvent. From the result oil experiment of empty bunch in PTP. Nusantara III manufacture of crude oi sei mangkei, with the pressure 2,8-3,0 kg/cm2 and sterilization as long that is 90 - 95 minutes. Was obtained percentage of oil equal to 1,63-1,80%.
