Abstract

Sludge content on crude palm oil can damage the quality of Crude Palm Oil. Increased rate of sludge content may occur due to manufacturing process and storing process or temporarily hoarding palm oil in the fat pit vessel. Fat pit vessel is a reception temporary Crude Palm Oil which is mixed with the sludge and mud. Roarding time of crude palm oil in the fat pit vessel that are too long can increase the sludge content on crude palm oil, it caused the polluter from environment or from the inside of fat pit vessel itself.
