dc.description.abstractThe rubber thread is one of the export non oil and gas commodity that has the great enough prospect because its raw material is latex that is found inside of this country in a great amount. The macking process of rubber thread is taking pleaces in some units process, that are : compounding inactive, compounding active, compounding cooling, feeding system, header capillary, acid bath, drying oven, talcum area, ribboning, curing, cooling drum, receiving, boxesweighing, packing and market customer. In the end of productin process, rubber thread has been rady to fit the order, such as count 37 NS 40 rubber thread. Green modulus 300 % is one of the most important quality standart because the too weak or to strong rubber thread aren’t liked by customer. To get the green modulus 500% that fit the desire, it is a need to know the factors that influence green modulus. One of the solution in swelling unit, tha is the concentration of swelling. Based on international quality standart, count 37 NS 40 rubber thread has swelling between 1,85 – 2,13 and green modulus 300% are between 310 – 370 g/mm2.en_US
