The observation has been done at crude palm oil storage process towards time with the changing of free fatty acid content, moisture, and dirt. Free fatty acid is measured with method of free acid titration, moisture and dirt is determined with gravimetry method. The result of analisys obtained the maximum free fatty acid content that’s 4,43 %, the maximum moisture that’s 0,39% and the maximum dirt that’s 0,029%. From the result of observation know that the changing average increasing of free fatty acid contents, moisture and dirt until the fourth day that’s 0,15 %, 0,04 %, and 0,003 %, and the average increasing at the fifth day until the sixth day that’s 0,5 %, 0,05 %, and 0,001 %.Because the average increasing of free fatty acid contents, moisture, and dirt is constant, so that the observation just done until the sixth day.en_US
