dc.description.abstractHas done research with the title of Fish Diversity in Kuala Tanjung Coastal Waters Sub Running Medang Coal District. This research was conducted by Perposive Random Sampling method is 4 yag different research stations based on the division of community activities and coastal areas. Sampling was done with 30 repetitions at each research station. The results showed there are 4 orders of fish, 13 families and 13 genera. Total fish densities are highest on the research station at station 2 with the lowest value of 37.27 ind/m2 and there are at station 1 with a value of 19.82 ind/m2. The highest fish diversity in the entire station located on station 2 with a value of 2.373 and lowest at station 1 with a value of 1.781. Species of fish found in each research station is Ambasis sp., Mugil sp., Periophthalmus sp. and Terapon sp. Types of fish that are found only in station 2 (mangrove) is the Johnius sp. and Epinephelus sp. The results of the correlation shows the relationship between physical factors with ineks chemical diversity ranged from a low and strongly related.en_US
