    Abstract
    The process of crumb rubber SIR 20 in PT Bridgestone Sumatera Rubber Estate, Dolok Merangir, need to be taken care of viscosity mooney value because viscosity mooney value will influence number of molecule weights from crumb rubber. Height of viscosity mooney value will boost up number of molecule weights so that will complicate the processing becomes product as vehicle tire. Ever greater number of rubber molecule weights hence increasingly molecule chain length and excelsior to shear, equally the rubber would getting louder. The thing affects at not fufilled standard specified by company. Standard scale viscosity mooney used in PT. Bridgestone Sumatera Rubber Estate is 57 -64. Universitas
