dc.description.abstract | The research of “Macroalgae Diversity at Beach Fodo Village, Gunungsitoli” has been done. The objectives of this research were to know the diversity of macroalgae and the correlation between physical-chemical factors and the diversity of macroalgae. The research was done by using Kuadratic Transect Methode and by determining 3 research stasions along the coastline. The sampling was done 25 times on each research station. The research found 3 kinds of macroalgae which consist of 7 classes, 8 families and 10 genera. The amound of the highest density 50,76 ind/m² was found on the station 3 and the lowest 13,16 ind/m² was found on the station 2. The highest diversity index 1,470 was at station 1 and lowest 1,018 was at station 2. The highest uniformity index 0,802 was at station 3 and the lowest 0,623 was at station 3. The correlation analysis result shows that salinity strongly correlate to the macroalgae diversity index (H’). | en_US |
