Analisa Unsur Hara Boron pada Daun Kelapa Sawit dengan Metode Destruksi Basah Secara Spektrofotometri di Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Medan

Abstract

An analysis of boron in palm leaves had been conducted at Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit Medan. The analysis of Boron begin with cleaned up dry leave sample and blended, then in destruction, after that mixed with acetic buffer, and azomethine- H 0,02 N and concentration of boron determined by spectrophotometer uv – visible in wave length 430 nm. Based on analysis result, concentration of boron is 18 – 19 ppm.
