dc.description.abstractFree fatty acid content, water content, and levels of impurities contained in the CPO on strorage tank is one of quality parameters in a palm oil Palm Oil Mill (MCC). Free fatty acids, excessive levels of dirt and unwanted moisture content in CPO because CPO can cause it smells rancid, hydrolyzed and oxidized so as to reduce the selling price of CPO. The results of analysis obtained for free fatty acid levels to a maximum of 2.81%, maximum water content of 0.27%, and maximum dirt content of 0.124% for CPO on the storage tank with temperature 50-550C for a week. Indonesia National Standard for free fatty acid levels of <3.50%, levels of water impurities of <0.10%, and levels dirt impurities of <0.02%.en_US
