Penetapan Kadar Epinefrin dalam Sediaan Injeksi Obat Pemacu Kerja Jantung dengan Metode Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT)

Abstract

Have been carried out determination of epinephrine in injection form drug of the heart pacemaker by high performance liquid chromatography method using UV-vis detector with wavelength 280 nm. From data was obtained the content of epinephrine in injection form drug of the heart pacemaker that was 91.60%, it means that the content of epinephrine injection is eligible in accordance with USP 32 volume 2 that is not less than 90,0 % and not more than 115,0 %.
