| dc.description.abstract | Have been carried out determination of epinephrine in injection form drug of the heart
pacemaker by high performance liquid chromatography method using UV-vis detector
with wavelength 280 nm. From data was obtained the content of epinephrine in
injection form drug of the heart pacemaker that was 91.60%, it means that the content
of epinephrine injection is eligible in accordance with USP 32 volume 2 that is not
less than 90,0 % and not more than 115,0 %. | en_US |
