Concentrated latex is one of the production of rubber plantations which greatly affects
the quality of the resulting rubber thread. One of the parameters used concentrated
latex test is the test of mechanical stability time. This value greatly affects the
mechanical stability of a physical nature that is 300% tensile stress associated with the
quality of the resulting rubber thread. If the value of a high mechanical stability of the
300% tensile stress is low, the resulting rubber thread produced is very fragile and
easily broken. Conversely, if the value of low mechanical stability of the tensile stress
was 300% higher resulting in yarns produced rubber becomes hard and rigid. The
relationship between the mechanical stability of the 300% tensile stress is inversely
linear. Thus, to produce 300% tensile stress is good for rubber thread, then the
mechanical stability of the time value used is 500-2000 second
