dc.description.abstractHave done determine free fatty acid of CPO Non Edible Oil with use of volumetric titration. One of the parameters used in the analysis of production quality is the content of Free Fatty Acid, because CPO Non Edible Oil still contains a number of other components that can affect the quality of production. From this titration is get that free fatty acid of CPO Non Edible Oil is 21.87 %. The result of analysis free fatty acid are suit with quality standart by PORAM (Palm Oil Research Association of Malaysia) is 21-23%.en_US
